83-year-old gentleman with a newly found left lower lobe lung mass. He has a history of bladder carcinoma currently treated with interferon and mitomycin. Incidentally found was a left kidney mass as well as left lower lobe lung mass. PET scan showed that the left lower lung mass is mildly active. He currently has no respiratory symptoms.
