cases, lung Week 368: Case 4 April 26, 2023 pathadmin 1. Presented by Peter Illei, M.D. and prepared by Joseph J. Maleszewski, M.D.83-year-old gentleman with a newly found left lower lobe lung mass. He has a history of bladder carcinoma currently treated with interferon and mitomycin. Incidentally found was a left kidney mass as well as left lower lobe lung mass. PET scan showed that the left lower lung mass is mildly active.
