Week 36: Case 5

This patient is a 29-year-old woman who presents with intermittent nonbloody diarrhea over the past year. She also reports occasional epigastric pain and poor appetite, and is mildly anemic, but has had no weight loss. She is status post cholecystectomy. Medications include omeprazole and amitryptyline. She denies use of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory agents. Colonoscopy was normal throughout. Random biopsies were submitted.
