Week 245: Case 5

1. Presented by Fred Askin, M.D. and prepared by Todd Sheridan, M.D.

The patient is a 58 year-old woman who developed right upper quadrant discomfort 6 months prior to diagnosis. She also developed a cough, which prompted an evaluation in the Emergency Department one month prior to admission. A CT scan at that time illustrated a large mass in the right lobe of the liver.
