Week 81: Case 6

The patient is a 45-year-old woman who underwent wedge lung biopsies to determine an etiology of her clinical obstructive lung disease. She had complained of increasing shortness of breath for several years and over the year prior to the biopsy her forced expiratory volume (FEV1) had decreased.
