Week 794: Case 3

A 50 year-old man underwent a biopsy of a prostatic urethral lesion. There was no pertinent clinical history at the time of the consult. Outside stains were negative for NKX3.1, PSA, GATA3, p63, keratin 7 and PAX8. The lesion was diffusely positive for Keratin 20 and SATB2.
