Week 544: Case 1

71 y.o. white female patient with status post cystectomy and total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingoophorectomy for a 6.2 cm invasive high grade urothelial carcinoma that exhibited perivesical soft tissue invasion. The resection was performed 6 years ago. She now presents with a rapidly growing 1.2 cm spiculated solitary left upper lobe mass. The tumor cells are CK7 positive and CK20 negative and focally p63 positive.
