Presented by Peter Illei, M.D. and prepared by Mark Samols, M.D., Ph.D.71 y.o. white female patient with status post cystectomy and total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingoophorectomy for a 6.2 cm invasive high grade urothelial carcinoma that exhibited perivesical soft tissue invasion. The resection was performed 6 years ago. She now presents with a rapidly growing 1.2 cm spiculated solitary left upper lobe mass.
