Week 499: Case 2

A 56 year old male was found to have a 3 cm urinary bladder mass on a follow up cystoscopy performed 6 month after an initial diagnosis of a papillary urothelial neoplasm of low malignant potential (PUNLUMP). A Transurethral resection was submitted.
