This patient presented with anxiety, sweating, and a tremor. A plasma glucose level was 40 mg/dL, and the symptoms lessened when he was given glucose. The neoplasm had a mitotic count of 0 mitoses per 10 hpf and a Ki-67 labeling rate of 1%
