A 62-year-old lady with a history of neurofibromatosis underwent hysterectomy, resection of 200+ neurofibromas, and a bladder procedure to fix incontinence. 8 weeks later she presented with gross hematuria, urinary incontinence, and pelvic pain. A 6.8 x 4.8 x 4.5 cm 80 gram bladder mass was resected.
