Presented by Jonathan Epstein, M.D. and prepared by Hillary Ross, M.D.A 62-year-old lady with a history of neurofibromatosis underwent hysterectomy, resection of 200+ neurofibromas, and a bladder procedure to fix incontinence. 8 weeks later she presented with gross hematuria, urinary incontinence, and pelvic pain.
