3 year old boy underwent bilateral iliac crest bone marrow biopsies during a work up for a left flank mass. Urine catecholamines were elevated. Tumor cells were postive for synaptophysin and neurofilament on IHC. MYCN amplification was detected on molecular cytogenetic analysis.
