77 y.o. female patient with a 20.8 cm retroperitoneal tumor that is adherent to the serosal surface of the small bowel but grossly does not invade the muscularis propria of the bowel wall. The tumor also involves the perirenal fat but no involvement if the renal parenchyma is present.
