A 58-year-old gentleman with CT scan showing a 7.5 cm clustered mass in the central inferior liver around the gallbladder fundus, as well as a large porta hepatis and peripancreatic masses. A central hepatectomy with cholecystectomy and peripancreatic mass excision was performed.
