Week 320: Case 6

A 74-year-old male underwent cystoprostatectomy for urothelial carcinoma. Pathological examination of the cystectomy showed infiltrating urothelial carcinoma with squamous differentiation extending full thickness through the bladder wall to focally involve the perivesicle adipose tissue. Carcinoma in situ was present in the prostatic urethra. All lymph nodes were negative. A section of the seminal vesicle was submitted.
