This 43-year-old female was in her usual state of health until several months ago when she started to develop, over the course of months, a constant cough. Initially, it was felt to be costo-chondritis, but she subsequently presented with right-sided pleural effusion that showed malignant cells on cytology. Her pleura was biopsied.
