The patient is a 4 years old Caucasian boy with history of asthma who had swelling in the occipital region and underwent a CT scan in 08/06 and ultimately an MRI and then was seen in Neurosurgery clinic. He was felt to have a calcified hematoma or dermoid and therefore the mass was resected.
