Week 263: Case 3

This 36 years old male patient had a right clavicle fracture (while playing soccer) with subsequent right upper extremity thrombosis and pulmonary embolus that was treated with Lovenox and then Coumadin for 3 months. Three months following his injury he developed double vision and brain imaging studies revealed a mass in the posterior fossa.
