Week 246: Case 3

This 42-year-old female patient presented to the ER with a history of gross hematuria for three days and some difficulty in passing urine. Her hematocrit was 17% for which she was transfused with 2 units of blood and continuous bladder irrigation was started for evacuation of blood clots. A cystoscopy was performed and a bladder mass was detected and a transurethral resection of the tumor was performed.
