Week 120: Case 2

A 10 year old boy had pain in his hip for several months. A radiograph demonstrated a mixed radiolytic and radiodense lesion in the proximal femur. The radiodensity was in the pattern of rings and stipples characteristic of cartilage. The lytic area had a ground glass appearance.
