Week 117: Case 1

A 54-year-old male was noted to have an expansion in the anterior portion of the maxilla. A radiograph demonstrated the presence of a well-defined radiolucent lesion at the apex of a carious maxillary incisor tooth. The radiolucent lesion was bordered by a thin hyperostotic margin and measured approximately 0.8 cm in diameter.
