Week 110: Case 1

This 56 year old man with no significant previous history presented with the acute onset of diarrhea and fevers. Some weight loss was noted. Grossly the resected specimen showed multiple discrete "necrotic tumors" with normal intervening mucosa involving the ileocecal area and colon.
