Presented by Mark Haas, M.D. and prepared by Carol Allan, M.D.A 45 year old female, 15 months status post cadaveric renal transplant for an original renal disease of membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis, presents with persistent graft dysfunction (serum creatinine 2.8 mg/dL). Her clinical course has been remarkable for 3 biopsy-proven acute rejection episodes, the most recent of which was 4 months ago.
