70 year old man with a history of papillary thyroid carcinoma metastatic to the brain. Currently with another brain mass, and low levels of serum thyroglobulin. Immunohistochemistry showed that the tumor was positive for cytokeratin, but negative for TTF-1 and thyroglobulin.
