Week 492: Case 3

51-year-old white male who has had a small intradermal left neck cyst for approximately 1 year. He states that this was pea-sized and had
not changed in size since he first noticed it over a year ago, was nontender, and otherwise asymptomatic. He has a history of multiple cysts removed over the years and so he was not concerned by this.
