47 year-old white male patient status post lung transplant for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) / usual interstitial pneumonia (UIP) one month prior to current biopsy. The patient had a feeding tube and did not swallow any food or drink except for radiographic contrast material for upper GI series one week prior to the biopsy. Biopsy was performed for worsening respiratory functions.
