50 y. o. former smoker male patient noticed a left tonsil mass that suddenly appeared a couple of weeks earlier. A CT scan showed a large multiloculated cystic mass in the left jugulodigastric region. The rest of the neck is without adenopathy. Bilateral tonsillectomy was performed. The patient stopped drinking alcohol 10 years ago.
