A 73 year old male with a 10 year history of a prior "mesenchymal-type" pharyngeal neoplasm, presented with a new hypopharyngeal mass. CT scan study revealed a 3 cm, partially ossified mass in the right posterior supraglottic region. Both original (Images 1-3) and recent tumors (Images 4 & 5) are shown below.
