Week 339: Case 2

67 y.o. African American female patient who had a 1-month history of profound jaundice and pruritus and a 15-pound weight loss. She had been treated by the dermatologist and was prescribed Zyrtec, but continued with the pruritus. MRI revealed a mass in the gallbladder and at the bifurcation. Upon opening the gallbladder a 5.0 cm polypoid mass was noted in the fundus.
