This 32 year old Caucasian woman discovered an abdominal mass in the summer of 2007 after she had gotten pregnant, and noticed that her abdominal girth was inconsistent with her expectation, in particular, her abdomen was too large. She consequently miscarried, and the mass persisted. In October 2007 CT imaging revealed a large mesenteric mass.
