African American girl has been very healthy except for the occurrence of recurrent pneumonias (x3) between May 2005 and April 2007. During her last episode she required hospitalization and tested positive for influenza A. A chest CT revealed 5 cysts in the RLL the largest being 5 x 2 cm.
