Presented by Peter Illei, M.D. and prepared by Danielle Wehle, M.D.This is an 86-year-old man with a history of M6 AML, recurrent bladder cancer status post intravesicular chemotherapy, history of coronary artery disease status post myocardial infarction with episodic congestive heart failure, and history of prostate cancer in 1982 status post radical prostatectomy. A cystoscopy was performed to reveal a papillary mass and a separate small irregularity on the left wall of the bladder.
