Presented by Peter Illei, M.D. and prepared by Kara Judson, M.D.This 82-year-old female patient with a history of 40 year tobacco use, who quit 25 years ago, with a past medical history of oat cell cancer status post right lung lumpectomy in 1996, COPD and emphysema requiring nebulizer treatment 2 to 3 times daily was recently found to have a left lower lobe lung mass.
