An expansile radiolucent lesion was noted within the anterior portion of the mandible in a 54-year old female. There was involvement across the midline, with the cyst itself showing a slightly multiloculated pattern with both buccal and lingual bony expansion and displacement of the incisor roots without associated resorption. The margins of the radiolucency were well defined and in areas corticated.
