Week 319: Case 2

A 71 year old gentleman presented with gross hematuria. He was found to have a large ulcerated hemorrhagic mass during cystoscopy. The patient had received external beam radiation therapy for high grade prostatic carcinoma diagnosed 15 years prior to the current presentation. The current tumor was focally positive for Cytokeratin 7 but negative for CK20 and PSA.
