This 49 y.o white male patient with a 9 year h/o metastatic high grade chondrosarcoma presented with a palpable, superficial, approximately 1.0 cm right parotid mass. FNA showed small fragments of epithelial tissue with glandular and squamous differentiation in a mucoid background. A superficial parotidectomy was performed.
